Q. How does your repair service operate.
A. You contact us to let us know the nature of the fault on your computer or other device. You can do this by filling out our repair quote form or calling our number on the contact page. We give you a quote and arrange to collect the device from you. Once we have repaired it we return it to you and you pay for the service.
Q. Which areas do you cover for your repair service
A. We cover the following areas: Aveley, Basildon, Belhus, Brentwood, Dagenham, Grays, Hornchurch, Orsett, Purfleet, Rainham, Stifford, South Ockendon, Tibury, Upminister and West Thurrock. If you do not fall into one of these areas, you can still send us a message and we can see if we can be of assistance.
Q. Where are you situated
A. Our workshop is based in Rainham RM13 Essex
Q. What kind of devices do you repair
A. We fix laptops, pc’s, apple products, tablets, iphones and smart phones
Q. What other services do you provide
A. We sell computer hardware, software, phones and tablets. We also buy electronic devices. In addition we upgrade computers and we build websites.
Q. How long will it take for you to return my device
A. We aim for a one to three day turnaround to return your device. A few jobs like upgrades and software installation can be completed on our first visit to you. With these kind of jobs we may not need to take your device to our workshop. However, if we have to order a part for your device the time frame will be longer depending on how soon the part arrives.
Q. When do I pay.
A. Normally payment is made when we return your device to you. In some instances, a deposit might be required upfront mainly If we need to order a part for your device
Q. How much warranty do you give
A. We normally give three months warranty
Q. What happens if you are unable to fix my device
A. We offer a no fix no fee service. If we cannot fix it we return your device to you and you do not pay anything.
Q. Do you offer part exchange
A. At times we do part exchange for some products
Q. What kind of payments modes do you accept
A. Payment can be made by card payment, bank transfer or cash
